Are you ready to embark on a journey to tap into the wellspring of joy that resides deep within you? If so, our "Joyful Breath" class is just what you need. This immersive breathwork experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner happiness, release stress, and create a sense of pure, unadulterated joy.

In this workshop, we will go on an immersive journey inward through our breath. We will be incorporating many different styles of breathing with different musical styles, which will be sure to provide a profound experience! Be prepared to experience transformation! I provide eye masks, so that you can be sure to have a fully immersed INSPERIENCE as well as EXPERIENCE!

Oh - how can I forget --- THIS IS FUNN!!!!!!

How to prepare:

* Come in your holiday jammies!!! Bring a pillow and blanket. The name of the game is COMFORT, COMFORT COMFORT!

* Water bottle

* Bring your yoga mat

* Journal (if you want)

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get setup. We will promptly begin at 6:00pm!

*If you are pregnant, or prone to seizures, this class is not recommended*
