I provide eye masks, so that you can be sure to have a fully immersed INSPERIENCE as well as EXPERIENCE!

How to prepare:

* Wear headphones!!!

* Be prepared to lay on the ground, couch or even bed. The goal is TOTAL comfort

* Eye mask or anything to cover your eyes

* Water bottle

* Journal (if you want)


Please arrive 5 minutes early to get setup. We will promptly begin at 5:00pm!
