About the event

We all have it, and wouldn’t be alive without it. Our breath is everything, and is a often untapped source of growth.

Studies show that breathwork contains many benefits:

- Reduced stress, anxiety, grief, depression and anger

- Increased happiness and joy

Through our breath, we can access parts of our psyche, mind and heart that we don't access in the normal day-to-day. It doesn't matter what background you come from, or what your beliefs are, breathwork is beneficial to EVERYONE, and does not offend or compromise any faith.

In this workshop, we will go on an immersive journey inward through our breath. We will be incorporating many different styles of breathing with different musical styles, which will be sure to provide a profound experience! Be prepared to experience transformation!

Oh - how can I forget --- WE WILL BE HAVING FUNN!!!!!!

* Yoga mat

* Water bottle

* Journal (if you want)

* Any special blanket or pillow you enjoy - I want you to be totally comfortable! (I personally like to bring a pillow)
