About the event

We all have it, and wouldn’t be alive without it. Our breath is everything, and is a often untapped source of growth.

Studies show that breathwork contains many benefits:

Through our breath, we can access parts of our psyche, mind and heart that we don't access in the normal day-to-day. It doesn't matter what background you come from, or what your beliefs are, breathwork is beneficial to EVERYONE.

In this workshop, we will go on an immersive journey inward through our breath. We will be incorporating many different styles of breathing with different musical styles, which will be sure to provide a profound experience! Be prepared to experience transformation! I provide eye masks, so that you can be sure to have a fully immersed INSPERIENCE as well as EXPERIENCE!

Oh - how can I forget --- THIS IS FUNN!!!!!!

How to prepare:

* Wear headphones - best for a totally immersive experience

* Be prepared to lay on the ground, couch or even bed. The goal is TOTAL comfort

* Water bottle

* Journal (if you want)

Please arrive 5 minutes early to get setup. We will promptly begin at 5:00pm!
